This research group aims at reinforce links between
mathematical-physicists working in the field of Quantum Mechanics. It allows to gather together around common research themes both
mathematicians and mathematical-physicists from the theoretical physics
community. Namely a strong synergism has developed between them,
and ideas or methods developed on each side have enriched one another,
producing new results and opening new investigation areas.
Moreover this synergism has reached a true european dimension, and a
deep connection between two teams of theoretical physics and
mathematics has often been favored through contacts with other european
teams.
Therefore these partner european teams are associated to this
"Euro - GDR" in a form which will amplify and formalize
the existing
links, through one or two meetings per year.
